Istanbul Hotel .Net visits each hotel before recommending them to you. Although we will be expanding the list the emphasis is on quality not quantity.

Our aim is to bring you into contact with fine, character-rich and economical hotels that you may not find listed in the run of the mill guide book or international travel/hotel brochure.

Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be accompanied by credit card details, in order to secure the reservation requested.

In the event that the hotel of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your reservation request (complete with credit card details) IstanbulHotel.net will endeavor to find you an alternative hotel of similar price, quality and location. If successful, IstanbulHotel.net will confirm the details of the alternative hotel, price and cancellation policy, by return email. Should this not be suitable you may exercise your right to cancel under the cancellation policy. Simply notify us by email, telephone or fax.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any reservation, without penalty, prior to 7 work days before your intended arrival date. Please note that some hotel take a deposit equal to the first night stay. In the event of a cancellation prior to the time allowed, the hotel will refund the deposit in full. Some hotels may charge a small administration fee. However this will be detailed on the reservation form if that is the case. To cancel a reservation, please notify us by email or fax.

Payments

Credit Cards are charged 4 weeks before the intended arrival date. For the closer bookings charges will be done immediately. Credit Card charges are done in Turkish Lira meaning the currency rate is the official Turkish Central Bank rates. However depending to your bank credit policies ( commisions ) sometimes charges may seem different, please ask your bank. For some hotels, payments are done upon arrival to the hotel ( still credit card guarantee needed ). This will be mentioned on the hotel voucher..

Late Bookings

In the event you are booking to stay within 24 hours, we recommend you telephone us directly to ensure availability. Please have your credit card details handy !

Privacy Statement

The details which you submit to Istanbulhotel.net shall remain strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any party other than the Hotel that you have chosen to book with. We do not, under any circumstances, sell customer information. When you book with IstanbulHotel.net, we guarantee that you do so with 100% confidentiality.
